It was a recipe we found off of Google by searching for "washable fake blood". That we wound up using is chocolate and strawberry syrup mixed with dish soap! It came right out, even from Shizuo's white shirt! :)

God, this is awesome. It reminds me a lot of the scenes in Higurashi if you're familiar with it. A lot of the characters scratch their own throat out.

wow that picture is really good it gives of an intense vibe and makes you shudder even though blood doesnt bither me, the whole way in which the photo is layed out just adds to making it even more exellent :)

Thank you! I'm not really one that gets too put off by blood either, and I'm glad to see that it's just not me that thinks it's still creepy. I'm glad nothing in the photography takes away from the picture either. Thank you so much! It's really wonderful that you enjoy it!

Oh crap, I jumped back a bit when I saw this. I've seen creepy pictures, as well as creepy Izaya pictures and Izaya cosplay pictures but I've never saw a creepy Izaya cosplay picture! Damn, the blood looks so gruesome, which reminds me that real blood is different from the kind of blood we see in anime all the time. -.- Gosh, but nonetheless, I am still amazed at this cosplay, even though I still find it a bit frightening. >.>
